What we collect

• Account data: your email address, used for sign-in links and service communication.
• Site and integration credentials: when you connect services such as WordPress or Google, we store the credentials or tokens needed to do the work you hired us for. They are encrypted at rest.
• Site and performance data: crawl results, rankings, analytics, and search data about your business's web presence, collected to deliver the service.
• Usage data: basic logs of how the product is used, for security and reliability.

What we do with it

We use your data to deliver, improve, and secure the service, and for nothing else. We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with third parties except the infrastructure and data providers required to run the service (hosting, email delivery, payment processing, search data providers), each bound to their own privacy obligations.

Your content stays yours

Your website, your Google profiles, and any content we create for you under a paid plan belong to you.

Data removal

Email team@holocronhq.com and we will delete your account data and disconnect all integrations. Backups age out on a fixed schedule.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will notify account holders by email.
